UI/UX DESIGNER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for UI/UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a Czech multinational cybersecurity software company headquartered in Prague that researches and develops computer security software, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. They provide a range of antivirus solutions for both personal and business use. It includes free and premium versions that offer protection against malware, viruses, ransomware, and other cyber threats. Comprehensive packages that include antivirus, firewall, email protection, and more. The client employs AI and machine learning techniques to detect and neutralize threats in real-time. They have a significant global presence, with the products used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide. The company operates in multiple countries and provides customer support in various languages. We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join the fun, diverse, and dynamic performance marketing design team. This role is integral to the marketing efforts and requires a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, including extensive experience with A/B testing. It is 6-month engagement with a possible extension. Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design case studies that demonstrate audience engagement, customer growth, and a commercial mindset.
• Passion for user-centric design, proficiency in user experience design principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset.
• Exemplary in craft, empathy, and ethics.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and the rationale behind your decisions.
• Willingness and flexibility to update designs based on feedback from colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and in multiple time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of front-end development principles.
• Experience with localization in design.

Responsibilities:

• Design communications that drive A/B testing to enhance user experiences across various digital platforms to improve user satisfaction, engagement, and conversions.
• Partner with talented designers, illustrators, marketing experts, developers, and other teams to transform business objectives into clear and compelling designs that inform, guide, and persuade users to take action.
• Own design and production of projects to meet deadlines while supporting a high-quality standard, working in 2-week creative cycles that demand precise, cross-functional coordination for project success.
• Design for multiple brands and marketing channels, ensuring consistency with design guidelines and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging user experience and design patterns, and design best practices to keep our team ahead of the competition.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, ideation sessions, and design critiques.
• Mentor junior UX designers on the team.
• Confidently provide constructive feedback and receive feedback from colleagues in various roles and levels across the organization, demonstrating humility and setting your ego aside for the greater good of the customers.
• Support a great attitude that upholds and nurtures a positive team culture and creative working environment.
• Help inform strategy through user testing to validate designs and discover what resonates with the customers.
