You are:

• Effective in negotiation and resolving conflicts
• A professional with customer-first mindset and strong prioritization sense
• Your communication and presentation abilities are greatly used to challenge and convince people, provide insights, share ideas
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from eAuction results
• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
• Skilled in MS Office (particularly in MS Excel, MS Power Point)

With you we will:

• Create electronic auction based on information received from eAuctions Business Partner (BP) after discussion with Buyer; conduct review call with Buyer and BP to check and confirm all the details; publish event.
• Conduct the training call for the selected suppliers to provide general overview of eAuction process along with participation in the test event.
• Manage eAuction events including active communication with Global and Local Strategic Buyers.
• Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices.
• To monitor the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPIs).
• To participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement.
• To participate in the issues resolution that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with the Internal Business Process and the support units of NBS Lviv.
