Engagement Manager

We are looking for an active, motivated, and enthusiastic Engagement/Project manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working as a Project Manager (including the pre-sale phase, and creation of proposals for potential clients);

OR

• Experience as an Engagement Manager with additional involvement in Project Management activities ;
• Direct involvement in customer interaction, need assessment, and the ability to articulate clear sales messages;
• Practical experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, KanBan).
• A comprehensive understanding of the software development process.
• Is proficient in writing business, functional and non-functional requirements, and hands-on with business analysis techniques and tools.
• A hunter mentality, equipped with robust presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Expertise in opening new accounts and establishing high-quality, lasting relationships, rather than adopting a transactional approach.
• Values high-quality team communication and enjoys setting up team processes.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (Advanced Level).

Would be a plus:

• Relevant technical university background OR good experience in SDLC (experience or theoretical knowledge in Software development, QA).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Engagement/Project manager, you will:

• Participate in pre-sales activities (working with hot leads, analyzing their needs, managing proposal creation, starting the estimation process, assembling the team required for proposal preparation);
• Participate in the actual deal closure;
• Manage project activities after the successful closing of the deal (including but not limited to project planning and scheduling, stakeholder communication and management, team leadership and management, risk management, quality assurance and control).
