Full Stack Team Leader (Python + RN)

We are seeking a talented and seasoned Full Stack Team Leader to join our partner’s project! This position involves leading a team of developers in creating outstanding software applications utilizing Python, React Native, and other technologies. As a hands-on leader, you will drive technical discussions, offer mentorship to developers, and ensure timely project delivery within budget.

• 5+ years of experience with Python (Django)
• 1+ year of experience leading and managing development teams
• Solid experience in developing mobile applications using React Native, including state management libraries like MobX
• Identifying and implementing performance optimization techniques to enhance user experience across various platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6, TypeScript)
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with tools like Fastlane for automating builds and deployments
• Proficiency in database design and management using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Hands-on experience with Docker Components
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills

• Prior experience developing applications in the fintech or trading industry
• Understanding of cryptocurrency trading concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of internationalization (i18N) best practices and implementation in web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with React Navigation Navigators for navigating through screens in React Native applications

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development and deployment of web applications using Python and React Native
• Cultivate a collaborative and positive team environment by actively participating in coding activities, fostering teamwork, and promoting knowledge sharing among team members
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and guide developers on diverse work practices
• Implement automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance development and release processes
• Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring seamless functionality and performance
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and other teams
