We are looking for an experienced finance and accounting professional with a keen eye for organization and detail. As our designated Financial Specialist, you will be a key player in our Accounting team. Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will lead both internal and external projects in accounting and finance, collaborating closely with our external partners.

Your role will involve overseeing accounting document processes and managing the complexities of payroll calculations. Your expertise will ensure the accurate and timely recording of all business transactions, alignment with accounting policies, and contributions to audit processes, financial reporting, and non-financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Budget Management: Help in the development, monitoring, and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local laws and regulations, including tax and audit requirements.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable and manage cash flow.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
• Internal Controls: Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls.
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.
• Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Manager.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations in Ukraine.
• Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
