Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

EveryMatrix is seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer for our PlayMatrix unit.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  
  Requirements:
  
• Figma prototyping: Demonstrated advanced skills in using Figma for high-fidelity prototyping, leveraging its interactive features to create dynamic design prototypes
• Proficient in User Flow Development.
• Expertise in SVG: Proficient in creating and editing SVG files for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality graphics that are scalable and responsive across devices.
• Portfolio of completed mobile/web projects that displays your level of expertise.
• Refine current design systems and integrate new features into our evolving products.
• Work closely with product owners and engineers to discover new ideas and shape product growth strategy.
• Understanding of current web/mobile UI technologies.
• Implement and maintain design system and components, design versioning management.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  
  Bonus Skills:
  
• Animation and motion design skills.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
