We are looking for a proactive and responsible IT Recruiter who will join us in expanding the team with talented specialists and developing the FinTech world together.


This is important to us:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the IT field;
  • Knowledge of the most popular modern search sources, using Boolean search on LinkedIn;
  • Formation of a deep portrait of candidates and requirements for new vacancies with hiring managers;
  • Ability to evaluate a candidate by soft skills, check the match in terms of values and provide your competent opinion;
  • Create attractive job descriptions;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with objections;
  • Multitasking, good prioritization and time management skills;
  • Results-oriented, flexible, able to work and learn in a fast-paced environment;
  • Intermediate level of English or higher.
Your future challenges:
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle from coordinating the portraits of the required specialists with hiring managers to signing offers;
  • Search for and select the most effective channels for finding specialists (LinkedIn, job portals, social networks, forums, telegram channels, etc;)
  • Ensure quality assessment of candidates - initial review of CVs, competency interviews, and expert feedback;
  • Build strong working relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates to build the employers brand;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand who we are looking for and for what purposes, and then work together as a team to achieve the goal of hiring a great teammate;
  • Maintain an internal database of candidates, evaluate performance and develop an improvement strategy;
  • Participate in the development of creative HR projects.
