<span 72="">You are:

• <span 72="">A professional with university degree (in the field of Economics, International relations, Accountant or Finance would be an advantage);
• <span 72="">Experienced user of MS Office (particularly of Excel) and SAP (would be a plus);
• <span 72="">Attentive to details and able to work with a big volume of data;
• <span 72="">Good analyst with communication and time management skills;

• <span 72="">Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal);

<span 72="">With you we will:

• <span 72="">Ensure process overdue (collections) performance – analyze open balances and overdue items, release blocked orders of customers, perform Inbound and Outbound activities to facilitate collections, avoiding bad debts;
• <span 72="">Prepare reports and reconciliations with customers;

• <span 72="">Provide analysis and input into root cause resolution of demand failures, supporting 1 touch orders;
• <span 72="">Perform checks and controls according to Standards;
• <span 72="">Participate in KPIs trends (Key Performance Indicators), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
