We’re growing our support team and need an experienced engineer to lead and assist projects using technologies like ElasticSearch, BigQuery, SQL, and JavaScript. Your role as a new team member will be to provide excellent service to our customers worldwide.


Requirements
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with analysis of large and complex data sets (data manipulation, statistical analysis, conclusions, etc.)
  • Knowledge of web architecture and protocols (CDN, HTML, DOM, JS, HTTP, HTTPS, IPv4/v6, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and web technologies
  • Ability to work during US time zones for collaboration with international teams and clients
  • Understanding of cybersecurity threats and troubleshooting techniques
  • Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and customer-centric approach
  • Understanding of backup management tools and processes
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Monitor system performance, address potential issues to minimize downtime
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
  • Assist in testing and validating software releases for quality and reliability before deployment
