Strategy manager in Growth team (Genesis R&D)

Our mission is to transform Ukraine from an outsourcing state into a product state by building the largest product portfolio.

Currently, we are looking for a Strategy manager for the R&D Growth Team to develop infrastructural enablers for the growth of portfolio companies and to support projects dedicated to the growth of portfolio companies.

R&D Growth Team — business unit focused on finding new substantial growth levers for the projects within the Genesis ecosystem through rapid, data-informed experimentation. Together with C-level executives, we identify new business opportunities and create MVPs to test our hypotheses, bringing together marketing, product, engineering, and analytical expertise.

We look for optimistic, proactive candidates who would not only possess substantial field expertise, but would also empower our growth team with their relentless drive to turn their own ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions.

What you will do:

• Identification and analysis of bottlenecks in portfolio-wide processes;
• Supporting delivery of ad-hoc requests from projects;
• Supporting portfolio-wide knowledge sharing projects;
• Supporting growth projects for portfolio companies.

Hard Skills:

• Ability to decompose, calculate and interpret key financial business metrics;
• Financial modelling skills;
• Basic understanding of key product metrics for mobile applications (both gaming and non-gaming);
• Confident application of basic statistical and probability theory concepts;
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency;
• Advanced English.

Soft Skills:

• Ownership — you dont need approval to solve a business problem, which you identified as a result of your own initiative;
• Optimism — you cant wait to see the results of 10-th hypothesis test after previous 9 have failed;
• Communication — you dont have a problem with telling stories starting from the end;
• Hard-working — work should be done;
• Commitment — extra-mile attitude.

Would be a plus:

• Technical background, SQL/Python knowledge;
• Understanding of opportunities and limitations that main mobile intelligence services have (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.);
• Experience with popular analytics tools used for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.);
• Good presentation and pitching skills.
