Our company is looking for a Middle Customer Support Engineer (L2) to work with our Client who delivers business-critical insights to the global energy industry through a state-of-the-art SaaS platform built on industry-leading data and energy analytics.

Responsibilities:
Investigate issues in ETL and data flow processes
Learn data and metadata flow processes to know where to query when investigating
Expand existing documentation of support steps
Work with Data Dev and C# teams to implement issue fixes
Help improve monitoring and alerting for support issues
Train any new members of the Support team
Comply with the information security requirements, policies, and practices

Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience
Databases & T-SQL (relational, queries, joins, procedures, performance)
C# (C Sharp as scripting task in SSIS)
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure
Knowledge of SQL Server database management and administration
Performance tuning
Database backups/restoration
Web-based Request/Response cycles
Synchronous and Asynchronous communications
Data management and mapping
Enterprise software such as ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR
English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

Would be a plus:
Dell Boomi
Cloud & SaaS
Microsoft certifications
SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint, Oracle, Exchange, Active Directory, Regular Expressions
