• Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and senior management. Finance Administration Specialist should be able to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Given the importance of accuracy in financial reporting and billing, Finance Administration Specialist needs to have a keen attention to detail. This includes ensuring accuracy in time tracking, client billing, and cost allocation processes.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is important for managing financial projects and processes. It includes project management software, accounting software, time tracking tools, PSA system, and Excel.
• Finance Administration Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, so the ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment is essential.
• Strong analytical skills are necessary for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Finance Administration Specialist should be able to interpret financial reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Intermediate level of spoken and written English

• Time Tracking: Monitoring and recording the time spent by employees on various projects or tasks. This involves tracking the hours worked by individuals or teams to ensure accurate reporting and resource allocation.
• Client billing: Managing the billing process for client projects or services rendered. This includes generating invoices, verifying billable hours or expenses, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients.
• Cost Allocation: Allocating costs associated with projects or business activities to the appropriate accounts or departments. This involves identifying and categorizing expenses, allocating them based on predetermined criteria, and ensuring proper accounting treatment.
• Additionally, the Finance Administration Specialist may be involved in other project management-related activities such as resource allocation, project planning, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure the successful execution of projects within the finance function.
