Middle/Senior Python Software Engineer

Consequently, you’ll be a part of the team that directly communicates with Top experts in the Real Estate business and helps them expand their business with technical solutions.

The Data Operations team is an Engineering team that serves as a central service to our client. To work effectively, this team needs a clear understanding of how data needs to serve: products/applications, API/microservices, reporting/analysis tools, and AI/ML models. This allows the team to design, develop, and implement data architecture and pipelines that collect, connect, centralize, and curate data from various internal and external data sources.

• Having at least 2-year hands-on experience with Python
• Proficient in GCP Cloud data tools (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Composer)
• Skilled in databases including BigQuery and Mongo (preferable)
• Experienced in building open-source data pipeline systems (e.g., Kafka, Apache Beam, Apache Spark)
• A result-driven individual with great attention to detail and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Willing to assist other team members in areas outside of direct assignments, when necessary
• Having Upper-Intermediate or higher English level and readiness to communicate with US-based clients on a daily basis
• Able to work on multiple priorities in a project delivery-driven environment

• Thrive in building scalable, high throughput systems that process more than 10 billion data points a day from over 500 sources that all need to be standardized and enhanced
• Recommend and implement data processing tools and technologies to evolve our data stack
• Extract, transform, and load data pipelines from end-to-end
• Create, develop, and document data mapping rules
• Write specifications from which conversion programs will be written
• Utilize tools and programs to analyze and convert data to a standardized format
• Recommend and implement data processing tools and technologies to keep us at the forefront of real estate data science
• Develop continuous process improvements
• Identify and fix data bugs and improve the overall quality of information
