Talent Sourcer

We are looking for Talent Sourcer to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

You will be part of the global Talent Acquisition team, which includes 13 colleagues from Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Portugal.

• 1+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role in the IT industry
• Experience with platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, Stack Overflow etc.)
• Creativity and proficiency in writing letters that will engage candidates
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques such as Boolean search
• Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
• Proactive, results-driven, and flexible
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Strong desire to learn more about business every day

Optional:

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience working in a multicultural environment

As a Talent Sourcer you will:

• Collaborate closely with Lead Talent Sourcer to get guidance and direction
• Coordinate with a Dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to determine position requirements for each opening
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
• Craft and send recruiting emails, nurture campaigns
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
• Conduct the pre-screening phase with candidates
• Schedule candidate interviews
• Participating in the planning and organization of company-wide events in collaboration with the whole People & Culture team; designing, planning and executing local office events
