Location: Abu Dhabi/UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff and ensuring efficient operation within the allocated properties.
• Assigning duties and evaluating the staff performance.
• Conducting orientation, onboarding training & in-service training for cleaners and housekeepers in order to get familiar with SOPs/ work procedures as well as demonstrating the usage and maintenance of the equipment.
• Monitoring & issuing supplies and equipment stock to the Housekeeping staff.
• Maintaining data regarding work assignments, schedules and preparing periodic reports for the management.
• Scheduling shifts and arranging replacements in case of an employee’s absence.
• Performing any other duties related to your job scope assigned by Manager.

Candidate Experience

• 3-5 years experience in the Hospitality industry or Housekeeping background
• 3-5 years of experience working with VIP clients
• English/ fluent
• Service oriented
• Leadership skills.
