Key Responsibilities:
Collect and process pre- and post-log data from TV network partners.- Build and generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.
- Reconcile spot discrepancies.
- Ensure data consistency from post logs to vendor invoices.
- Audit traffic instructions against delivered spots.
- Manage and track makegoods to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
- Deliver accurate data for media mix modeling reports.
- Monitor the pacing of linear and CTV campaigns to ensure they are on track, flagging campaigns that may fall short.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any operational issues and optimize campaign performance.
- Daily communication with the US Video Activation team on all client campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, with that degree in a related field a plus (e.g., Business, Marketing, Advertising).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen interest in TV advertising and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English
Tools:
Intermediate Excel knowledge including pivot tables, formulas, and formatting- Experience with VBA/Macros is beneficial
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Familiarity with email and Slack communication tools
