<span 72="">You are:

• <span 72="">A specialist with university degree (in the field of Business Administration, Economics or Finance would be an advantage)
• <span 72="">Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
• <span 72="">Attentive to details and able to work with a big volume of data
• <span 72="">Good analyst with communication, planning and coordination skills
• <span 72="">Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal)

<span 72="">With you we will:

• <span 72="">Provide all the activities related to data quality by performing sample check analysis of all processes performed by Stream Operations for each live market
• <span 72="">Calculate KPIs according to the defined deadlines, upload data into Powe BI dashboard and other platforms
• <span 72="">Prepare periodic internal/external reports/dashboards on quality of services and provide timely reporting to relevant stakeholders
• <span 72="">Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis and problem solving
• <span 72="">Define, propose and implement improvements and automation in the quality processes
• <span 72="">Participate in the projects related to implementation of new tools or functionalities
• <span 72="">Cooperate with Operational Team with the aim to improve process and ensure partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation and service quality
