JOB DESCRIPTION Main responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring and managing the progress of litigation files, providing updates and proposing resolving solutions.
  • Ensuring the established process for initiating litigation cases, including detection, system registration, and communication with relevant departments.
  • Identifying and proposing solutions for any operational issues that may arise during task execution.
  • Maintaining frequent communication with the multinational team.
  • Participating in enhancing departmental processes and workflows to optimize current activities.
Requirements:
  • Accounting / administrative experience is not mandatory but will be a big plus.
  • Knowledge of French (B2-C1) and English (B2) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
