Project Manager (REQ/619)

As a Project Manager, you will support our current projects. You will be always welcome to take an active part in technical and non-technical discussions. We are fun and smart to work with, a great mix of mid-sized company expertise with a startup mindset.

• Develop project strategy, negotiate and manage effective decisions to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the product to satisfy the needs and commitments;
• Work with the stakeholders to develop a project roadmap;
• Drive the requirements elaboration process:
• Being able to conduct market research & competitor analysis so that to support stakeholders with making valid decisions (nice to have)
• Maintain project scope with the strategic business alignment;
• Identify, assess and track risks as well as their impact on the business needs, milestones, goals, with adherence to timeframes, costs, and compliance with the standards.
• Track project reporting, team velocity, project margin, etc so that to ensure key performance indicators are reaching success level values;
• Lead with change management thinking and incorporate into project plans through the life of the project including communications, understanding change impacts, etc.
• Be in close contact with your team as well as a team of a customer to ensure a high level of integration and alignment between teams;
• Coach the team for the agile/lean way of working (when needed).

• Minimum 3 years of working experience;
• Experience with managing FP, T&M, DT projects;
• Being able to present and discuss technical, functional, and managerial information clearly and concisely, establish rapport, persuade others, and gain understanding;
• Good understanding of the concepts of business requirements and software requirements and the difference between them;
• Experience in writing tech/project documentation, WBS, Product Roadmaps, workload plans, and reports;
• System thinking and functional decomposition skills;
• Ability to manage competing priorities without loss of efficiency;
• Certification from PMI/Scrum.org/etc. would be a big plus;
• English B2+ or higher
