Tasks

What will you do:
  • Develop client acquisition managers on a personal level;
  • Conduct negotiations with clients and secure new deals;
  • Generate and share detailed reports about team performance and deadlines with management;
  • Proactively react to market changes and adjust sales strategies and negotiations with clients accordingly;
  • Maintain the quality and quantity of clients launched by the team;
  • Analyze new products and solutions/ideas from competitors and facilitate the generation of new ad types and formats/features that can be interesting to the local digital advertising market;
  • Build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders, leaders, and decision-makers at advertising agencies, affiliate networks, as well as direct contacts;
  • Monitor the development of relationships with strategic clients.
Requirements

Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of customer acquisition digital marketing experience in online advertising / Affiliate ads / Performance Marketing;
  • 1+ years of team management experience;
  • Deep knowledge of digital assets (ad formats, ad campaigns, native advertising solutions);
  • Understanding of the principles of ad campaign optimization;
  • Proficient knowledge in lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Sales navigator, Snov. IO, Similar Web functions);
  • Understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, S2S trackers);
  • Comprehension of global advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.);
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills;
  • Proven analytical skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multitask and implement high-priority initiatives;
  • Proactive, sales-oriented personality;
  • Extensive experience in attending conferences.
Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent Ukrainian;
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English (Advanced level);
  • Knowledge of additional foreign language will be a plus.
Additional Preferences:
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.);
  • Own client base;
  • Completed educational courses for team management.
