Job Overview Vacancy Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (web3) to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing high-quality leads, supporting the Sales and Business Development departments.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation on foreign markets (USA, Europe, Asia);
  • General understanding of IT technologies and Software Development process;
  • Expertise in web3 technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and market trends (MUST HAVE);
  • Practical experience in applying different, and efficient lead gen techniques (Experience with Twitter(X) Leadgen);
  • Strong experience in using different channels for finding leads interested in Sofrware Development services;
  • Ability to analyze and optimize Outreach process;
  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality;
  • Ability to create and deliver content tailored to the audience needs;
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
  • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
  • Problem solving skills and analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Perform research of companies and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets in the USA, Asian, and Europe. Growing company sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and building lists of potential sales prospects & leads;
  • Build key customer relationships and opportunities within their networks;
  • Maintain communication with prospects via all kinds of efficient dedicated sales platforms and channels;
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential trends for new products services;
  • Manage lead relations, answering typical customer questions;
  • Perform analysis and increase in sales of the company;
  • Develop and sustain knowledge of the event industry;
  • Be able to work independently, rigorous, detail-oriented, critical thinker and performance-driven.
