Job Function: Finance The role:
  • Reorganizing business models and tax settings for new products/services,
  • Monitoring tax risks and other tax key information,
  • M&A activities, such as tax due diligences, deal structuring, post-acquisition integration,
  • Participating in transfer pricing projects and its implementation,
  • Issuing tax accounting manuals, guidelines, and policies,
  • Supporting the business in respect of customer deals,
  • Monitoring tax developments, legislation, jurisprudence,
  • Supporting a multi-country region in all tax matters (declarations, assessments, audits internal and external, projects),
  • Working on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAP as well as the monthly IFRS reporting package in cooperation with the Financial Shared Service Centre,
  • Ensuring proper accounting and the correct balancing of business transactions in cooperation with the Financial Shared Service Centre,
  • Collaborating with auditors, tax advisors and our Group accounting departments,
  • Prepare analyses and reports for various reporting levels and stakeholders as a basis for management,
  • You monitor liquidity in collaboration with the dunning process and Group Treasury.
What we need to see from you:
  • Masters degree in economics, legal, and/or tax,
  • 5+ years of experience in direct and indirect tax,
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of Ukrainian tax legislation, IFRS and GAP,
  • Experience of accounting and participation in tax consulting projects,
  • You are confident in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAP,
  • Working experience in Excel and using ERP/accounting software, ideally Navision,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Excellent analytical and judgement skills,
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian.
