Business Planning:
- Prepare the Regional Business Unit Mid-Term Business Plan with local functions in coordination with Nissan Europe (NE)
- Prepare or coordinate management discussions with Nissan Europe Headquarter in France
- Follow-up implementation of strategies & business priorities (Defection, Loyalty, Brand, etc.)
- Challenge Regional Business Unit functions during Business Planning process (consistency analysis, proper action plans etc.)
Strategy & Business Transformation:
- Act as a change agent, diagnose issues & opportunities, propose action plans, challenge functions to develop strategic plans
- Ensure Business Management Way and Operational Excellence deployment (organization, processes, tools & systems, and related change management)
- Ensure projects governance is in place, local project teams are in place, blockers are removed, and provide guidance and support the project managers
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, specific support studies (benchmark, etc.) and countermeasure plans or any other actions to support Country Managers decisions
- Coordinate cross functional teams, alliance synergies and all cross-functional projects
- Liaise with Nissan Europe Strategy & Business Planning Team
Required background, experience and education:
- Previous experience across marketing & sales in a strategic planning roles
- University degree
- Some experience working within the automotive industry
Skills, abilities and languages:
- Fluent English and local language
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- A problem-solving mind set with a strategic, long-term vision
- A well-organized project manager who can collaborate within a matrix environment
- The ability to influence at all levels across the business
