What project we have for you As a Senior Demand Generation Specialist at Intellias, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our continued success by driving demand generation efforts for Segment Digital. Leveraging your expertise in crafting and executing high-impact demand generation campaigns, you will be instrumental in maintaining a steady pipeline of leads to support our business plans, quotas, and overarching objectives. Through a combination of strategic event planning and targeted outreach initiatives, you will drive engagement and foster meaningful connections with prospective clients. What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns aligned with business objectives, utilizing a mix of channels
• Leverage data analytics to gain insights into campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize lead generation strategies accordingly.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in lead generation, continuously refining our approach to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of demand generation initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, offering valuable feedback and insights to enhance the efficiency of future campaigns.

What you need for this

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand generation, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation campaigns.
• Proficiency in utilizing MarTech stack tools to streamline campaign execution and optimize results.
• Strong grasp of social selling techniques, with the ability to leverage platforms such as LinkedIn to drive engagement.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
