We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our AdTech platform. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes, automate infrastructure provisioning, and implement best practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and resilient infrastructure components to support our AdTech platform, leveraging cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployments, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of new features and updates.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architecture for microservices-based applications.
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Automate routine tasks and workflows using configuration management tools such as Ansible, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements, assess technology options, and drive technical initiatives to completion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Linux-based server management, networking, and security best practices.
• 1+ year of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles, preferably in the AdTech or digital advertising industry.
• Good proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby for automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) tasks.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Newrelic.
• Knowledge of network and security fundamentals, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate or higher level of English, with strong communication skills for effective collaboration in an international environment.
