We are looking for a skilled Middle/Senior Front-end Developer to join the team of our German customer for an exciting, long-term project. You will be part of a start-up team developing an innovative all-in-one HR platform tailored for operational companies with shift work. This platform integrates recruiting, personnel management, shift planning, time recording, and payroll into one seamless system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using Next.js.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate).
