About the role: Were looking for a Business Analyst with a strong product mindset. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, product management, and facilitation. Youll play a key role in shaping a flexible white-label solution for the fitness industry, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align business goals with technical capabilities and user needs.

Your future responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle: from concept and strategy to launch, improvement, and support.
• Define the product development strategy and align it with business objectives and tech feasibility.
• Analyze the market, competitors, and user needs to build effective growth plans.
• Collect and refine business requirements, manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Plan sprints, implement Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), and track deadlines in collaboration with the dev team.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, collect feedback, and present product progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (functional & non-functional).
• Design and validate API specifications and integration scenarios between systems.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure top-notch user experience and modern design standards.
• Organize and conduct workshops, interviews, and product demos.
• Engage end-users in testing and validating proposed solutions.
• Manage budget and resources; evaluate team capacity and ensure task execution.

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Business Analyst in IT.
• Strong track record with complex technical projects.
• Deep knowledge of requirement analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile BA, Scrum, Kanban).
• Practical experience with APIs, RESTful and SOAP standards, JSON, XML.
• Proficiency in modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Expertise in writing BRDs, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, and Functional/Non-Functional Specs.
• Familiarity with user behaviour analysis and test case creation.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in outsourcing or product companies with mobile development.
• Experience working with SQL and understanding relational databases.
