Together with our client, we are dedicated to enhancing team productivity by developing actions for third-party integrations executable by Generative AI within the clients ecosystem, streamlining knowledge discovery across various SaaS applications.

• Proficient in navigating and utilizing new software platforms
• Skilled in data annotation and labeling techniques
• Capable of maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks
• Effective as a team player
• Confident in managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines
• Experienced in following strict data handling and confidentiality protocols
• Unrivalled in conveying clear ideas in English
• Familiar with basic UX principles (nice to have)

• Follow detailed written instructions to label data sets provided accurately
• Assess and assign relevance ratings between 1 to 5 for pairs of search queries and documents, based on predefined criteria
• Interact with the team to clarify requirements, ask questions, and ensure labeling accuracy
• Enhance the labeling guidelines by suggesting improvements based on hands-on experience
• Perform quality checks on labeled data to meet specified error rate metrics and quality standards
• Contribute to the teams success by providing labeled data to be utilized for model training and system evaluation
