We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities. **The Role** **Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and enhance high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use (sales, marketing, training, project proposals). + Translate complex technical/IT concepts into clear, visually engaging slides and graphics. + Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all presentation materials. + Support executives with high-stakes presentations (client pitches, conferences, board meetings). + Create infographics, charts, and diagrams to visualize data and processes. + Stay updated on design trends, storytelling techniques, and IT industry communication standards. **Who You Are** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent work experience). + 3-5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an IT or consulting. + Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced features: custom animations, master slides, interactive elements, charts, SmartArt customization). + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma is a plus. + Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. + Experience designing for business/technology audiences + Strong communication skills to understand requirements and present design concepts effectively. + Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional output. **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
