Lead Front-end Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-end Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will take charge of our front-end development initiatives, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient applications that provide exceptional user experiences. Our ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep passion for modern web technologies and a commitment to high-quality coding practices.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of front-end architecture and deliver high-quality, maintainable code
• Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to enhance the user experience
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure applications function well across different devices
• Drive the execution of front-end development projects from conception to deployment
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to elevate team talent and performance
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
• Facilitate efficient communication between project stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in Front-end development including expertise in React, Next.js, and proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Background in Sitecore architecture and components alongside familiarity with Sitecore XP modules
• Knowledge of Sitecore XP integrations with other systems
• Showcase of building multiple levels of automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end to ensure high-quality code delivery
• Good English communication skills (at least B2 level)
