Promin agency is searching for a Project Manager who is client-oriented, analytical and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing successful projects and fostering strong client relationships in a high-performance team.

What youll do:

• Ensuring support and development of long-term partnerships with clients throughout all project stages.
• Conducted negotiations and presentations and consulted clients about the companys services.
• Clear task assignments for the team, monitoring execution, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Tracking and achieving project KPIs.
• Preparing and submitting reports using analytical tools.
• Managing financial operations: monitoring invoice payments and accounts receivable.
• Analyzing project performance and developing proposals to improve metrics and optimize or expand service packages.

• Understanding of contextual advertising and website optimization to meet search engine requirements.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager (in a marketing or digital agency).
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• English C1+
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Resilience to stress, ability to handle challenging situations/clients, and skills in addressing objections.
• High literacy, ability to clearly articulate thoughts both verbally and in writing.
• Client-oriented approach, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
