We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, youll play a crucial part in driving our business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
  • Sales is your superpower and you are interested in pursuing this field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals
  • Brilliant relationship builder with effective negotiating skills
  • Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
  • Proactive, innovative, and highly organized
  • Self-development, initiative-taking
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Email outreach, Website visitors, conferences etc.)
  • Determine lead suitability based on needs, budget, and timeline
  • Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
  • Engage and educate leads to keep them interested
  • Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
  • Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
