We invite you to join Asters team for the Associate (Employment and Corporate Law Practice) position. We are pleased to invite you to an interview if you:
    have a law degree in law (LLM is a plus) are fluent in English have 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer in Employment and Corporate Law Practice have good knowledge of employment, corporate, civil law and procedure have legal writing and research skills alongside strong analytical thinking skills have good communication, negotiation and self-organization skills
What we entrust to you:
    participating in labor, employment and corporate projects, assistance to senior colleagues on various legal issues drafting/updating/reviewing legal documents (internal company rules and regulations, contracts, transaction documents, etc.) drafting legal memoranda and legal opinions advising clients on full spectrum of employment-related matters, various labor aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions, internal investigations resolution of employment disputes analyzing and providing recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients PR activities (articles, publications, participation in professional events, etc.)
