Junior Reporting Specialist

We are currently looking for an open-minded and self-driven Junior Reporting Specialist to join our team!

The role is hybrid and can be based in any location in Ukraine.

• Assist in producing financial statements (quarterly and annual) and prepare relevant breakdowns.
• Support the annual external audit by collecting and verifying primary documents against financial data.
• Assistance in preparing data for local providers.
• Analyze accounting system performance and suggest improvements.
• Help create and maintain new report templates, analytics, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to analyze financial data, correct errors, and provide feedback.
• Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
• Ensure database information is accurate and consistently formatted.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate decision-maker.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and other reports as needed.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a financial manager, financial controller, or auditor. Big4 audit experience will be a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting and document management principles (IFRS/US GAAP is a plus).
• Experience in assisting with financial data preparation for financial statements. Experience with consolidated financial statements will be a plus.
• Understanding double-entry accounting, active/passive accounts, income and expense accounting, and adjustment postings.
• Ability to analyze various databases of various formats, including sales, purchases, and salaries.
