Lead Generation Specialist (SDR)

LenGreo is a dynamic marketing agency specializing in B2B lead generation and business development. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our marketing agency. This position is remote and project-based.

Responsibilities

- Conduct prospect research to identify relevant prospects that match our ICP

- Craft compelling Cold Emails, LinkedIn Messages, and other outreach sequences to generate leads

- Run multichannel outreach campaigns to engage the prospects on different platforms

- Research a prospect and tailor the initial outreach sequence for the personalized campaigns

- Nurture relationships with prospects and consistently follow up with them to reach the KPI

- Set up Meetings with Qualified Leads for Business Development Managers

- Prepare and Submit Reports to Business Development Manager

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales roles.

- Writing English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) - C1 (Advanced)

- Conversational English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) would be beneficial

- Proficiency in writing concise, personalized, engaging and to the point message sequences

- Experience in LeadGen and Sales processes for IT / Marketing outsourcing teams

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead gen targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies.

- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.

- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
