IT Craft invites an active and communicative HR manager to join our team, who wants to grow with us and participate in all HR activities of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings;
  • Maintain onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Ensuring the process of primary and secondary adaptation;
  • Organizing and conducting surveys;
  • Participation in the HR brand strategy implementation;
  • Preparation and organization of corporate mailings;
  • Provide support to contractors including answering questions, researching and resolving issues.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • At least 0,5 year of working experience in HR field or in the sphere closely connected to people’s communications;
  • Practical experience in key HR processes such as onboarding, conducting one-on-one meetings, exit interviews, etc.;
  • Сompleted HR courses or strong theoretical knowledge as a must;
  • Basic understanding of psychology;
  • At least Intermediate English.
