For This Role

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with a strong focus on AI to join our team. The Data Scientist will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation. In this role, you will:

• Design and implement machine learning models for predicting customer churn, enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV), and optimizing business operations.
• Lead exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights and build predictive models for tasks such as demand forecasting, sales optimization, and audience segmentation.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed ML/AI solutions, providing ongoing support, addressing model decay, and ensuring models meet business requirements.
• On your own or with the help of other team members build data models and organize structured and unstructured data, verify data quality to interpret it, gain insights.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies, and proactively suggest and implement innovative tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Expertise in a variety of machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, including regression, classification, clustering, and decision trees
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and probability theory.
• Familiarity with Bayesian statistics, regression analysis, and time series forecasting
• Understanding of the business domain, specifically in areas related to customer lifetime value, churn prediction, and conversion rates.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and its libraries for machine learning and data science (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and extensive SQL knowledge to manage and manipulate data.
• Experience in software development and familiarity with machine learning frameworks and packages such as spaCy, NLTK, SciPy, etc.
• Extensive SQL knowledge

As a plus:

• Experience with deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Experience with iOS/macOS ML frameworks
