What you’ll bring:- Significant human resources experience (4+ years) working in a tech-driven organization
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A solid grasp of research skills and knowledge of different tools and methodologies
- Experience leading HR projects, process improvements, and substantive change within high-growth organizations
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills for navigating uncertainty
- Understanding of recruitment terms and workflows
- Strong conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence
- Organizational skills, ability to organize people and processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and talent sourcing
- Relevant certifications in HR or related fields
- Lead the HR team and provide effective guidance and support
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to attract, and retain top talent
- Oversee the Onboarding and Offboarding Processes
- Monitor Team Time and Attendance
- Manage Team Performance, including performance reviews, KPIs, 360° feedback, and career development
- Assist Team Members with Education and create development plans
- Set and review Team Goals
- Monitor Team Satisfaction and Well-being
- Collaborate with Recruiters to establish long-term recruitment plans
