Senior R&D Engineer (Gen AI)

Our R&D team applies deep learning and computer vision expertise to cross-disciplinary research from human-computer interaction and bioinformatics to computational finance. We run multiple technology and academic partnerships and expose our research at global events and conferences.

• A Senior Engineer with 3+ years in Deep Learning or Computer Vision and a background in OpenCV
• Holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Science (Preferred qualifications in Applied Mathematics/Physics or equivalent)
• Having practical experience with Transformers and Diffusion models, particularly Stable Diffusion, is essential (preferably over 1 year)
• Proficient in fine-tuning models to produce high-quality, tailored assets: generating precise textures, filling voids, upscaling, and transforming images
• Professional in at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Caffe
• An expert in one or multiple domains including 3D computer vision, neural network compression, anomaly detection, image enhancement, and digital signal processing
• Highly skilled in C++ and Python, coupled with Cloud fundamentals in GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Aware of mathematical concepts encompassing geometry, advanced linear algebra, probability, statistics, algorithms, and data structures
• Holding a deep understanding of SDLC and programming best practices
• Understanding modern software development company operations
• Familiar with research processes, methodologies, and instruments
• Understanding the functioning and collaboration practices within academic research institutions
• Demonstrating a proven Research track through Research papers, case studies, Open Source contributions, or Research Internships
• Possessing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Having Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English, both verbal and written

• Verify research, implement it, and make feasibility studies and proof of concepts on proposed technological advances in the research area
• Proactively propose and implement new technologies and trends studying and adapting based on marketing needs and the latest technology trends
• Be able to propose and implement the technological vision in new areas of research by prototyping and creating deep technological demos
• Handle the full spectrum of the research process: from hypothesis and academic presentation to architecture and development of technology-based product
• Proactively propose external and internal research events (conferences, etc.) for a work presentation
• Coordinate and run presentation of work on external events: conferences, meetups, and specialized events; Business/Technology Consulting
• Consult external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends
• Align research field to business area domain demands
• Use proven Innovation Consulting methodologies to propose cutting-edge technological solutions to solve customers problems
• Support business development efforts: marketing, presentations, presales, etc.
