Purpose of the job:

Our client is one of the biggest telecom company in the world. We develop the application that automates and simplifies the work processes of the field engineers and field technicians as well as provides authorized user access (SSO) to other apps. Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Mobile Dev Team.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document and elicit project requirements.
  • Define, create and describe Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Support the Development Team during implementation, follow-up on their questions/concerns, requirements clarification, help them to achieve Sprint/Release goals.
  • Support the QA Team during the quality assurance process, follow-up on their questions/concerns, requirements clarification.
  • Cross-team collaboration to solve technical and business problem and achieve the Program goals.
  • Obtain details from UX team.
  • Keep documentation in Confluence up to date.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

  • Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst on Web and Mobile projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of stakeholder engagement techniques
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements would be a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe would be a big plus.
