Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or product companies
Proven experience managing the full outbound sales cycle
Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
Strong computer skills and familiarity with task management tools
Quick learner with excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience with business trips is a plus
Must be highly result-driven

Responsibilities

  • Develop an ideal client profile through lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling
Collaborate with the lead generation manager to design effective outreach campaigns
Utilize LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and engage potential clients
Create and update essential sales materials
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
Attend industry events to network and generate leads
Maintain and update the lead database, pipeline, and forecasting tools
Understand and utilize automated lead generation tools
