Travel Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Travel Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the whole cycle of international and domestic travel arrangements for the company employees including visa support, travel tickets booking, accommodation arrangements, travel insurance, daily allowance calculation, transfers booking, consulting, cost approval
• Worldwide visa application support
• Provide financial and statistical reporting to the Head of Travel & Concierge Team and company’s Financial Department
• Manage paperwork (scanning, filing, mailing), translation of the documents: agreements, references, letters, contracts, notary papers
• Keep records of travel requests, arrangements and costs
• Conduct research on visa and travel issues, identifying optimal ways for costs savings

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in business travel
• Knowledge of domestic and foreign travel policies and procedures
• Experience and knowledge of international visa application process is a must
• Understanding of service industry and client oriented approach
• Ability to grasp and apply new knowledge fast
• English — upper-intermediate
• Advanced PC user
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Client centricity and agility
• Positive minded
