Job Summary:
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B provider delivering iGaming software, solutions, content and services. One of the business units: MoneyMatrix - a product that offers a wide range of payment options, fraud and KYC(know your customer) checks is looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join its Identity(KYC) development team in Lviv.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers, support existing teams by providing new features development, stability implementations, and evolving business platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead developers from the KYC team who will build new functionality for different existing and new customers, support other teams by providing stability implementations, keep tech debt in check, and driving architectural scalability.
• Facilitate day-to-day team activities including daily stand-ups and ceremonies.
• Design solutions that ensure a 99.99% availability level of our systems and services.
• Facilitate communication with other teams on the lead level to explain the changes to gain support.
• Develop and integrate evolving business functionality on the platform using C#/.NET.
• Collaborate with teams in the unit, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to the given software framework.
• Offer QA and support assistance whenever issues arise.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of previous experience in the Software Industry, and at least 1 year of experience as an Lead in teams more than 4 FTE.
• Hands-on expertise in C#/.NET.
• High load systems development experience.
• Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of n-tier architecture, distributed applications, microservice-oriented architecture, parallel and asynchronous programming design patterns.
• Experience in observability framework tools: Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana, etc.
• Knowledge designing and implementing software solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch.
• Experience with relational database systems such as MSSQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Analytical mindset.
• English level: upper-intermediate or higher.
