It’s a multinational company with offices worldwide, best known for its issue-tracking applications, team collaboration, and wiki tools. They follow innovative approaches to feature and documentation development and deeply care about creating a high-quality product.

The Content Design team perceives communicating technical information to their users as an end-to-end journey. This journey begins with a clear understanding of user needs and ends with creating professional, comprehensive, and straight-to-the-point content for technical audiences.

• Great at writing and communication
• Skilled in deeply understanding the technical aspects of the product and producing developer-focused content
• Experienced in documenting and using APIs
• Proficient in using development tools (Git, Bitbucket, Visual Studio Code)
• Familiar with standard web-based publishing tools (Markdown, HTML, etc.)
• Used to managing documentation projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams including designers, developers, product managers, analysts, marketing, and customer support teams
• Skilled in improving or building information architecture and content strategies
• Capable of communicating fluently in a multicultural environment at an advanced level of English
• Experienced working with the UI copy (as an advantage)

• Be responsible for enhancing the developer`s experience by producing content for internal and external developers
• Ensure that the documentation is clear, consistent, and boosts the productivity of the product developers
• Create engaging and impactful content that connects with your target audience and elevates brand recognition
• Solve creative challenges and experiment with content and formats
