Baker McKenzie Kyiv is looking for an Intern to join our Corporate M&A Practice team.

The team of the best professionals is ready to share experience and support you in your professional growth and personal development. We are inviting active and hardworking law students (starting from the 4th year). You are a perfect candidate if you are interested in Corporate M&A Law and would like to build your career and develop in International Law firm. We offer flexible schedule, friendly working environment and paid internship.

Experience & skills required:

  • Good to excellent academic performance (confirmed by grades)
  • Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
  • Superb analytical and research skills
  • Proactive approach to work and attention to details
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude to work and colleagues
  • Being humane, open-minded and dynamic
  • Experience in Corporate is a plus, but at least interest in the area is required
  • Experience in Moot Court competitions or other professional activities would be a plus
  • Internship or prior work experience in Corporate is a plus, but at least interest in the area is required
