We invite you to join Asters team for the Billing Specialist position. We are pleased to invite you to an interview if you:
    have a higher education have 2+ years of experience working as a billing manager (experience in an international company will be a plus) are fluent in Ukrainian and English (B2 level) are able to quickly perceive information, deeply analyze tasks, to work with large amounts of information, can quickly find the right information in search engines, analyze and briefly formulate the essence in writing have excellent communication skills (oral/written), able to competently conduct telephone negotiations with clients have skills in working with computer programs BAF, Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom can work in multitasking mode, be attentive to detail, have strong time management skills, meet the deadlines are result oriented, sociable, friendly, stress-resistant with strong teamwork skills, have a desire to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
What we entrust to you:
    preparation of billing documents (invoices, acts, reports) and further communication with the clients on billing issues, arrears, etc. uploading invoices to customer billing systems preparation of original billing documents providing related billing information upon request of other departments (marketing in particular) preparation of statistical data at the request of partners / legal secretaries work with the internal billing system (creation of clients, cases, data entry, verification, etc.)
