Middle QA Engineer

The project focuses on an ERP system and two iOS tablet applications, which play a critical role in managing inventory, orders, and sales. As the company continues to grow, ensuring the smooth operation of these systems is key to enhancing the overall customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for testing both web and mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional team to identify issues early in the development process and deliver a seamless user experience. Additionally, this position offers the chance to take on leadership duties, such as mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvements in testing processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of QA experience, with a focus on both web and mobile (iOS) applications.
• Proficient in using test case management tools, preferably TestRail.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing practices, and tools.
• Ability to write clear, detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders.
• Leadership skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to drive process improvements and promote team growth.
• A desire for personal and professional growth within the QA field.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases using TestRail to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for ERP systems, and iOS tablet applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues early in the development cycle.
• Take ownership of quality assurance processes and continuously drive improvements in testing methodologies.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and inconsistencies in the products.
• Provide clear feedback to improve user experience and application performance.
• Maintain high attention to detail when documenting test cases, defects, and testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
