We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join product development for our USA client, product domain is Healthcare. The aim of the platform is to enhance patient care through quicker delivery of medical devices by bridging the digital gap between patient, provider, supplier, manufacturer, and payer.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Good knowledge of business analysis and requirements management
  • Experience with writing requirements, e.g. stories, legends, high-level business requirements
  • Ability to work in complex and/or stressful situations
  • Shifted schedule, start at 12:00 PM
  • Advanced communication skills
  • English- Upper-Intermediate level of higher

Nice to have:

  • Experience with design tools, e.g. Figma as a smart user
  • Technical or healthcare background

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sprint backlog readiness
  • Work on Product roadmap
  • Work with US Product team on epics and stories
  • When needed, research the market for ready solutions or for ideas for the product
  • Track and refine product backlog
  • Participate in design discussions
