At this point, Zelh is looking for an Accountant for our third-party logistics company.


Responsibilities:
  • Drive E2E late fee processing for customers
  • Perform late fee calculations for various customer types
  • Co-ordinate with the AR department for exceptions
  • Collaborate with the IT department to get the files captured and any other requirements from formatting files
  • Stakeholder Communication & Management in explaining what has been done and answering questions
  • Create SoPs for the process created


Working conditions:

  • Work schedule: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm EST / 14:00-23:00 CET

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of working experience in Data Analytics and Accounts Receivable
  • English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
