At this point, Zelh is looking for a Logistics Inside Sales Representative for the US logistics company.

The Logistics Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and selling Road domestic transportation and logistics services to potential clients. They will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue targets are achieved. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, and a strong track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to SMB businesses to promote our freight services.
  • Generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
  • Use provided leads and proactively source your own leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their freight needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems with lead information and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • At least 2 years of track record of sales success, preferably in the domestic transportation and logistics industry.
  • Proven experience in brokerage, carrier sales, outbound phone sales, and logistics.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and will be a plus Fluency in Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
